Trade the hotel ballroom for our hangar at Harris Airport. Your team meets, connects, and takes turns flying over six million acres of Adirondack fall color or fresh winter snow in our Robinson R-44 Raven II — with an optional leadership session to turn a great day out into real momentum for the year ahead.
Meet at the hangar
Start with your team in our hangar space — a genuinely different setting for a year-end wrap-up, kickoff, or all-hands. Coffee, a working session, and the aircraft right there as the backdrop.
Fly the Adirondacks
Teams rotate through scenic flights while the meeting runs — Whiteface, the High Peaks, Lake George and the Great Sacandaga in peak fall color, or under winter snow. Up to 3 per flight, every flight with a certified pilot.
Grow together
Add a facilitated leadership & team-building session led by our owner, Walter Dusseldorp, MBA, FACHE — a healthcare-executive-turned-instructor. Aviation is a powerful metaphor for trust, communication and decision-making under pressure.

Walter Dusseldorp pairs the flying experience with a short, high-impact team-building and leadership session drawn from his work as The Dutch Mentor — helping teams build trust, communicate clearly, and make better decisions together. Cockpit crew resource management, briefing discipline, and shared situational awareness translate directly to how your team operates on the ground.
